Greetings form the Critique Club :)

This is an interesting interpritation of the challenge. I think that my biggest complaint would be the fact that this photograph seems to have no focal point. It makes the viewers eyes jump around over the image without actually finding something to look at. What I think is neat about the image is how the lower looking leaves look like they are flowing, which is a neat effect. Depending on how high up you were, I would imagine that the image that would show perspective the best may be a photo looking downward.

I think that the focus seems to be on the foreground, like the branches near the lower left hand corner of the photo, and the upper right hand corner is out of focus, and a bit gray looking.

Maby instead of trying to capture the whole secene, try taking a closeup shot of a single clump of leaves, and experiment with the patterns.

Finally a perspective from higher up! I like the photo but I think that it needs to be more in forcus.

I would like something in this picture to draw my attention and provide my eye with a resting place while I explore all the detail that's here.

From your title, I get an idea of what you were going for, but all that green doesn't give me a dramatic perspective effect.

from a technical pov, this image seems to have a soft focus without a particular reason; from an artistic approach it doesn't say anything to me.

I don't feel like I'm actually looking down on the rain forest. No specific focal point, which leaves to wonder what I'm supposed to be looking at.

Interesting shot but I think "perspective" is lost or very weak--true, naturally there is a perspective but there's no real focal/vanishing point. This would be a challenge.
