Stopped at the Capital on a whim and caught the half-moon rising right before sunset. The dome is lit at night with modest floodlights.

A little hue/saturation work on the colors, plus some mild USM.

I would have tried to wait for the moon to ge a tad higher. It looks more like a lightpost light since it is touching the building.

Looks like the moon rises early in the Capitol. Nice golden tones on the dome and beind the pillars. I think the angle could be more intriguing if the dome was more to the right.

Nicely framed by the tree. Beautiful lighting, but just a tad too much yellow for my liking.
