| The darkened building on the lower right is too distracting. By contrast the juxtaposition of the new and old, as well as the blue vs. the browns is strong. |

| I'm not sure what you meant by the reflection in the glass, but I like the perspective. I think you could have made it even stronger by showing more sky or something, so it'd make the viewer feel like he or she was straining their necks to look at it. (But then again, perhaps that wouldn't be a pleasent sensation to pass off). |
