I find the background too busy and distracintg, perhaps a solid complimentary color would work better, but a good overall concept.

I liked the money concept linked to the perspective in the image. I would have liked to have seen a better use of perspective in the image itself. Ideas I think of quickly are many tall piles of pennies and one smaller pile of quarters.
