This is my favorite in the whole challenge (except mine, of course). The pose is perfect and the backdrop is even artistic (rather than looking like a snapshot). 9

Very well done! I love the expression on that guys face, very oil-executive.

The only thing that bothers me with this picture is the top bar of blue sky left at the top. I'd say either crop it right off or leave more sky.

This is a nicely done and well exposed shot. I'm not sure that the sky included is really necessary though it seems like it just distracty from the main purpose.
