 Photocopied the transcripts of the tapes, and cut into strips the same width as audio tape.
Took the shot and then edited by selecting part of the picture with magic wand and inverting that area,leaving the scissors coloured.
Cropped.

Very clever idea and well done - I don't know how you managed to print on real tape - at least it looks real!

The scissors seem to stick out a bit much in the front. Maybe less of a crop would have helped it. Still a nice shot and should do well in challenge.
