 I teach English at a junior high school in Japan, and this was at the school's annual field day. The classes compete against each other, and at the end of the day, one trophy is awarded to one class of that grade. The students have a lot of fun, but take winning and losing very seriously, therefore really giving it their all and crying or rejoicing after it all ends. I thought that this photo nicely portrayed the students (and their teacher) giving it their all. Don't know if it will match the idea of "destination" for some people.

The kid's uniforms seem to be a little oversaturated. Otherwise, this is a nicely composed photograph.

Yes, they have a goal but do they have a common destination?
The guy to the right is funny but I don't like how the photograph cuts acroos the leg and the hand of the frontmost guy in the line. You should have backed away slightly to be able to include him in the picture.
