 This is a 4 second exposure of the sea and a small island by the Reykjanesviti lighthouse in SW-Iceland.
The lens used was a Canon 24mm-70mm f/2.8 at the widest setting.

Editing:
Shot as RAW and imported into Photoshop with Adobe Camera RAW. The WB was changed to 9600K in Camera RAW and I also straightened the picture slightly.
In Photoshop I used Shadow/Highlights to recover slight shadow detail in the rocks and highlight detail in the sky, then used the Exposure too to get a slight more contrast and to brighten the image. I also added a curve to increase the contrast slightly more and to decrease the blue cast even more. A slight unsharp mask, with the settings 11, 50, 0, was added to increase local contrast. Finally I resized the image to the correct size and sharpened it.

nice image but not sure where the main subject is. the farther rock seems to be placed at the "thirds" area the the near rocks seem to get my attention. 5

Looks like you've got yourself a bit off CCD dust, I have the same problem... Not a bad shot though, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what way your "thirds" are going. vertical or horizontal, either way, you've got somethign that could be considered the subject in those, so good job.

I saw this other photo off an old house witch was mutch mutch prittier.
