 Yes, this is an actual caterpillar.

Found this guy while mowing the lawn. His defence when disturbed is to roll up on himself, forming a furry little doughnut.

Not its actual colour. In real life, these guys are bright yellow with a black head.

I love the color and the whatever it is - it puts a smile on my face. The border is a bit thick (for me), but one of the better images imo -- 7 --

7 - I like this but, criticism; which it were not so high key, more contrast left on the critter. The frame is too thick in my opinion and detracts, especially from the 'fragility' of the critter. Technically, while no 'expert', looks spot on to me. Just wish the vivid color shone through more boldly, and more detail too on the 'hairs'.
