I wonder if you held this in your hand as it looks a bit...shaky. A tripod or maybe a ledge to rest the camera on will help with the stabilization and give you better results.

Too blurry. I guess from the movement of the clouds during the exposure. Just not the best idea I guess.

Very cool sky. Try using a tripod for these low light shots & that will eliminate some of the blur.

Too bad that the photo is blurry and that the center of interest, the bright light in the sky, does not demonstrate the rule of thirds.
