| Beautiful as usual! The moist eyes, the way the light moulds the facial features, soft fringes of hair, curving figers on the head phones, head tilting, listenning. The "sound" is subtle - doesn't hit you over the head - I like that. 10 |

| I think an animated expression might have conveyed listening to loud music rather than a passive one. Great picture though, what a cute kid! |

| I like this photo because it "says it all." It reminds me of myself only many years younger. Music lovers put on the headphones and get engrossed in the music like this youngster is doing. |

| While it conveys the topic well, the expression looks a little on the bored side for what you were trying to convey -- I surmise maybe lots of pictures were taken before hitting on one that worked. I do very much like the angle and the lighting on this, a very visually interesting photograh. |

| Beautiful picture (again...). The eyes, in particular, are just right. I like the way the fingers curve and frame the face. I must say though, I get the feeling of "relief from sound" (as when my children put on their headphones) rather than "sound", or music. ~10 |

| beautiful soft portrait... I think the simple fact that the headphones are not a dominant part if this image is part of what makes it work so well for me. the catch light in the eyes is also perfect. great black and white as well... - 10 |

| hey. ive seen this kid before! excellent portrait. this kids gonna have a ton of great portraits of himself for when he grows up! I think this will do very well. |

| Lovely child and nice take on the challenge. The lighting is perfect and I like the black and white. My only thought is that I would have liked to see more of the headphones that portray the sound. Perhaps not quite so tight of crop would be more appropriate in my opinion. Requardless, it is a nice photograph. 7 |

| Is this Carsten? Another one of the lovely twins? Interesting photo... but I don't think it conveys sound to us as the viewer... because it's contained to the boy. I would have liked it if say he was singing along to it... that might have helped... beautfiul portrait though... very nice lighting... Nice photo, but to me this doesn't get sound out... -6- |
