| I find that man in bright red distracting, I wish he wasn't there. I'd probably crop off the man in yellow at the edge too. I like the woman sitting on the bench though - she adds some interest to the shot. The soft effect of the water is very nice, as are the colors. |

| Really beautiful fountain effect and like it alot overall. The red spot of the person's shirt in the background seems a tad too flashy and out of place. |

Wonderful image. Little bothered by the red thing by the fountain (a flower?) Maybe your depth of field could have been a little better to blur the background and surrounding people a little more. I think you did a good job on the velvet water. Outside of the challenge I would probably work on cloning out the flower and blurring the people.
