My daughter, Tucker Rose. She was bored. I was bored. So...got out the camera and was taking some pics of her. We both got down on the floor, and I said, "ok, now look sad" and this is what she gave me! I think she did pretty good :-) Then I thought, hey, that would work good for the greeting card challenge...so here it is, I guess we'll see if others agree :-P
Had a bright lamp on in the room, and used the on board flash, with the ev turned down to -7, and exposure comp. to -3. In ps- cropped, usm, contrast adj, then a screen layer. Tri-tone, then a levels adj, and another slight contrast adj, then a curves adj. Resized and one more very light usm pass.
Thanks for checking out my pic :-) |

Hey Tater - She is a cutie! As most others said, great expression, bad focus. Just too soft. I gave it a 5. I'm sure you had fun though! |

The coloring and espression are very appropriate for a card in the Miss you section. 9 |

Great expression, I just wish it were crisper, the lighting suits the mood. |

I like the use of B/W and the expression is good also, it's just too blurry for my taste. |

Very nice pose and emotion, but the blurriness and artifact would make me pass over it at the card store. |
