| Wow, to see these in person would be great. The picture is a bit too sharp, the detail is somewhat lost. Love the imensity of it. |

| The lack of sky seems very...odd to me, like it's been washed out (and you may have chosen to do this on purpose - I don't know) :-) My favorite part is how you used part of the structure as a frame at the top of the photo. |

Meets the challenge well. Good use of black and white, something that is generally overused here, but it adds to the feeling of age of this photo. The exposure and DOF are good too.
However, the composition seems a little off for me... It looks like a cave wall or something at the top of the photo's foreground. It leaves me asking "what is that". |

| This is striking with nice contrast. I wish we could see more of the columns and sense the ground a bit more. |
