 Exposure compensated by -o.3 steps. Center weighted average metering. Did not use flash. Lit above using flourescent light, and sidelit by shining a 100 watt bulb towards a white board. Also used mini white lights from above to reflect in the glass and water. Post processing included exposure adjustment, color balance adjustment, higher contrast and slighly brighter adjustment. Cropped a little from the top and right side. Sharpened by about 5 points. Resized and saved at 77% compression.

I'm not too fond of the composition. As everything is in focus, I find it distracting that part of the glass that is farther from the camera, is cut off.

A smoother tablecloth would have improved the elegance.

I like the concept and the composition of the plate, napkin, etc. I wonder how this would have looked with only the one glass or moving the other glass closer so it wasn't cut off?

I think I would either have removed the back glass or included all of it.
