The newer cars are necessary for the contrast. The picture is new but the people and car are old....as it should be. Very nice shot! |

Very cute :). The cars in the background spoil the effect a bit, but I still like it. |

Excellent. The "grain" I see in the picture, and the color choice (or lack thereof) makes it look like we've stepped back in time. Of course, since it is a NC tag, this picture can't help but be awesome. :-) |

Very nice. How did you get the grainy appearance? This is the effect that I wish my 'people' submission had. (the Union Soldier one) |

This is beautiful. I wish the more modern cars weren't there though, they it kind of bring one back into the 21st century. |

Nice coloring and composition. The license plate would be even funnier if he last letter was a "D." Is that an MG? If so, it's my mom's favorite, and I'd love to send her a copy (or make her a print) when the challenge is over, if that's OK. |

Nice sepia! I bet they were only moving about 5 miles per hour.. I get behind slowpokes like this all the time :) The grain in this photo DOES add to the 'antique' quality offered by this sepia image. |

This is very cute. Like the coloring. Does it look so grainy on purpose? I like the effect, so high score! :) |

Excellent use of Sepia!!! Too bad you couldn't have gotten a slightly higher view, or side or front view (my more favored vantage points), but no points deducted. Good clarity of image, detail and framing. Photo 9 Creativity 7 Road 8 total 8 |

I put this picture in my top ten because it's perfict for sepia print. |

that's great! Did you end up behind them or was this staged? Very nice. |

Perfect subject choice with a sepia. The Telephone poles and modern automobiles are what kept me from giving you a perfect 10. Still a very nice shot. I rated it an 8. |

Wish it were in color but still better than most. |

Nice shot, and the sepia works well for this one. It's not every day one gets a chance to shoot something like this. It looks like an opportunistic shot. Given the same car at a different location (without the new model cars and telephone wires, this would be even better. Regardless, it is very good! |

Love the sepia tone. Nice job, well done. |

This would look really authentically old without the line of cars in the top right corner. Was that intentional? |

this could have been cropped for a much better affect, also, the hats really do not fit |

This has great potential, but the sepia tone doesn't work with the trees in the background... the people heads/hats and most of the car get lost in the dark background. It would be much better if it was on the sky. |
