| you had a great shot, just not a great 'challenge' shot. just a little too much for the voters to have to take in. also, if the overall coloring doesn't grab you, check it out b/w--that really made the difference for my shot. you might to also want to check out these shots of bradp's here. |

| If the model wasnt so shiny I would ahve liked it better, try working with your brigthness/contrast more next time to get rid of the overexposure. |

| excellent use of flash, but not keen on the background--too distracting. even though you were lower than the skater, it appears that you were standing up. probably could have made this more dynamic if you had been kneeling or laying down. |
