I had another photo uploaded for the challenge right up till the last moment but was never quite happy with it, not sure why. Anyway decided to nip out and get a quick snap of the cathedral after work. I'll probably regret changing my mind but here goes anyway. Fingers, toes and everything else crossed!

Thanks to everyone for their comments. I know I'm a bit late replying but I've been poorly :-(. I was so pleased to get this position because I really am a complete novice having a great time learning from you all.

It's a magnificent building to be sure. My eyes start at the top and follow the arches down to the bottom. It's a bit on the dark side. I'd like to see it with a bit more saturation - but not too much.

Really nice shot, good perspective. It just looks like you are looking down through the arches instead of up. 9.

Exposure looks off, can also see the dreaded purple fringing.
