I assume the reference is to sap. but the sap isn't very visible, let alone prominent. Maybe a different composition would have improved it on that point. The picture's also a little soft and not very vibrant. 3 |

Eep. Poor tree. please tell me you didn't massacre this tree...
The sap idea is sound but it looks kind of dry. |

This isn't portrayed really well from this far back. In order for we dumb viewers to understand this photo, it should've been shot much closer or at least cropped closer. It's that or I'm missing the point completely which is entirely possible. Are we looking for the sap? |

Good shot. Makes my blood boil - what kind of selfish schuck would maim a perfectly innocent tree in this manner? Initials, a little heart is thoughtless: this is desacration. |

The title is the only think that says liquid here to me. I sincerely hope you didn't do this to the tree to get this photo. |

I like the shot a lot, but it is definitely quite a stretch for the challenge. |

who would do that to a tree? Some people....now infection/bugs can get in. I see what you were shooting....if the tree lives/heals it will be a cool shot in about 10 years. Pretty area and nice light. |

Nice exposure - could possibly use less depth of field - my eyes keep wandering into the beautiful background> |

i really like this pic. i wish i didnt have to subtract one for not having any liquid in the shot but i thought this topic was pretty straightforward. |

Hmmmmmm.... this is a GREAT picture, a new favorite of mine. I voted down a little for concept because liquid isn't enough of a central theme. : (
Very beautiful shot though! |
