KiwiPix, the tilt feeling was an illusion. There is a stripe running around the glass.
I lit this with an Alien Bees B400 light with a 20 degree light modifier. I tried the light in several positions and finally settled on lighting it from the front with the light pointing up through the liquid. Couldn't quite get the light right on the liquid pouring into the glass. It picked up a lot of color from the blue stripe on the glass. If I had more time it could have been better.

| ahh yes, this is seriously good commercial-grade imagery. Lighting and composition just spot on. I'm bugged by the 'tilt' feeling. Look forward to the explanation of the lighting set up. |

| I like the way this is lit. It reminds me of a fancy "martini bar" where the bar lights up underneath the drinks. |

| Very nice!I love the colors and the crispness of the bubbles. It might have been better without the blue bands around the glass and the liquid pouring into the glass. Good job! |

| Cool shot. I don't drink, but your photo makes me thirsty. I really like the lighting on the olives and the way they appear beneath the liquid. Good luck in the challenge. 9 |

| I love the way that only the liquid is lit. The colors and the composition are great. With a little spot editing (if it were allowed) this could be a 10 for sure. Without it, I'll still give it a 9. :) |

| I must have tried a million of these as well. Nice job. a little more light on the fluid coming into the glass might have been awesome, but I'm sure you tried that. |
