It seems to me many people can't break away from "photograph" to see "art". I wonder -- if an "artist" used cut up photos to form an interesting collage if fellow artists would cry "film! yuck!"
I think this is a really good artistic effort. It oozes "fluid" to me -- especially in the context of the title. The blur of adds to "fluid" rather than detracts IMO. I would have scored it an 8 or 9 at least.
I wont even comment on the "hairy arms / masculine" thing. I find such comments quite upsetting. |

I cannot believe how narrow-minded some in this group can be. Very nice experimental picture. The body shows fluid motion, and the blue sheet alludes to floating in water. This definietly met the challenge. Great reativity. |

I liked your theme a lot. What i didn't like, and therefore didn't score it terribly high, was: the double-exposure arms - they are so blurry that they almost look masculinely hairy :) - the uneven lighting, knee and the left foot that as a result takes on a bit of an gawdy shape. Furthermore, i question the pose of the model. She is obviously very attractive - is that you? - but her ribs (never the most graceful part of the female body - seem very pronounced and also higher than the breasts. Maybe that's the result of the pose or the model just tucking in her stomach too much. Anyway, i liked your effort and was amused by the title. Hope you'll do more nudes and don't let the anti-nudity crowd here get to you :)

Liquid
Having a flowing quality without harshness or abrupt breaks: liquid prose; the liquid movements of a Balinese dancer |

Uhm. Yes, the body is 98% water, but that's still not a liquid. |

Interesting movement and lighting - The face should have either been more blurred or less, though. |

I think I'd like it better without the double arms - I find them dsturbing and I don't think they add to "dreams" - |

Neat double-exposure, clever idea.... (skirts the topic a bit... I think). |

Does the placement of her hands in the downward position imply that she is thinking about something which leads to liquids?(!) I like this interpretation... Great model, nice lighting and colours. 9 |

Ok, so it's not water, but not quite liquid either. IMO this photograph does not meet the challenge =1 |

Great idea! Wish the foreground weren't blured, it seems only her feet are really sharp (which is odd, better have other sharp parts too or none at all). Or maybe if her head were also in two positions? |

Nice idea. I'd like to see more of the sheet for the effect to be complete. The blurring on the face is a bit off-putting although I can see why that's intended. Anyway, who's dream? |
