 This is a group of people dancing in the middle of the Venice Beach Drum Circle. I see them out on the beach almost every time I visit Venice around dusk. They play drums (one guy had a cowbell), dance, smoke a little weed (okay.. judging by the smell, a lot of weed), and just seem to have a great time.. the whole group was just full of a wild sort of energy. The drummers were going crazy and the dancers were completely carefree.

As for the title, I think it's a bit more based on the experience rather than the photo itself.. the drums were loud, people were dancing, and the sun was setting. For whatever reason, it vaguely reminded me of the 'last' party in Zion (during The Matrix: Revolutions?).
