This scene reminds me of home back in Montana...I believe it was 1949 or somewhere close to that date that the Queen of England visited Billings, Montana. She stayed at the Northern Hotel.

simply stunning, the light on the fields behind is captured wonderfully. Matched with the detail of the houses a great contrast of man made and nature

The time of day made it hard to avoid the overexposure in the photo. I do like your use of DOF though.

I am not sure if you are a Harry Potter fan but it would have been interesting to title this shot Diagon Alley a place in the Potter books. Cool shot I love the perspective.
