The top down approach used here seems to flatten everything. It feels very 2 dimensional. The only think that really gives any depth is the handle, and it's not enough to carry the shot. |

Nice. I would have cropped out the wood, though. |

Your idea was nice but I think that the light is too harsh |

Great shot... the colors are great and the image is appealing. Just crop out the right edge of the photo...9. |

Nice set up on the cup. I don't like the table cover, it looks like torn jeans. Perhaps if it totally covered the table and there was not the dark strip of table showing through on the right. |

it just doesn't look very appealing.
sorry!
each to their own tastes I suppose.
and I don't think the background really adds anything to the shot. |

The interesting fabric in the back and coffee paraphanalia in the saucer keep this shot from falling into the "another shot of a cup of coffee" catagory. Stands out from the crowd. |

the fabric background feels distracting to me--i think it's where the white shows through the blue. the plate, cookies, and cup are lovely in their arrangement, and i like the swatch of wood table exposed, too. |

nice photo but the wood table should have been cropped out. |

You spelled it wrong. "there is no x in espresso." Otherwise, it's a good picture - the wood on the right side is a bit distracting. |

Good colours and subject but the composition is way too centred and the dark piece of the cloth just spoils it |
