Is there significance in the stain on the ground? I don't get it...

why not sleeping beauty or cinderella? why snow white? would've been better if she was well-portrayed.

Your model is cute, but this looks far too staged to elicit my interest in the intended narrative. Technically this is well executed, although a slightly slower shutter speed would have drawn more attention to the cup's motion. It might have been more interesting to fill the frame with a shot of the coffee splashing as it hit the ground (although this would mean saving your model for another shoot).

Looks too fake and set up.

Neat idea, though I think it would be neat to capture the cup with a little less motion blur. Also, the spot on the ground makes it look like coffee had already been spilled right there. Just my thoughts. :)

Interesting concept, think it could be more effective if the shot was taken as the coffee cup hit the ground or was nearing the ground.

You could have made this more realistic by actually showing her blouse covered with coffee. And why is Snow White not wearing any shoes? The basic concept is good but there are too many things missing here. Is this an actual Coffee Shop or a Coffee Patio?

Cute concept andwell executed. I'm not sure how well it meets the Challenge briefing.

Nice image, like the action...............6

Clever, thinking outside the "shop".

Too staged imo. Who carries their cup with hands that high?

Cute idea but I think this photo would have a more dramatic effect if we actually saw something comming out of the cup, or perhaps just affter impact.

Very funny. I would like to see less foreground and maybe a little closer to her.

oops, hope the coffee wasn't hot..good job 10

This is more an atrium with somebody looking like Snow White than a coffee shop to me. The idea is cute, but a bit too contrived for my taste. Visually, it's not that interesting. The focus is ok and the stop action is fine. Just sort of uninteresting. I'd like to see the figure sitting at a single bistro table maybe with fishnets and high heels, or something eye catching. Maybe a big hat and sunglasses with a cup of coffee as if she's waiting for somebody. Just a thought.

fun concept. i'm not sure if it's the neutrality of the background, or the full-body shot, but it feels less animated than the picture really is. not sure why, because her expression and hands are so animated...lovely model!

This is too posed for me.

Looks pretty damn acted out.

Nice concept and good capture of the lighting and all.

The only issue I have is the pose the model is in, it is very unnartural, people don't normally get into that shape and drop a drink.

From the ground I see this took a few takes. HA! Nice idea.

how many cups did the girl trow to get this shot? :P by the look of the ground :P but a nice shot, 7.
