I borrowed the Canon 50mm lens from a friend of mine. I love it, I want it :)

This photo which I was unsure of posting it. But the fact that it's just nature, and I'm searching my bouderies, I wanted to post it anyway.

On the technical side its a good photo, has excellent DOF and rule of thirds is used effectivly. I just don't like the subject. Nothing personal.

It is an aswome picture, almost sureal. The shally DOF is deffinently a plus side of the image, focusing on the important part of the image. The only bad thing I can think of with a decomposing subject is, that you were too late and the image needed to be captured when the focus on the uglyness was more clear.
