This is my best mate Nick and his wife Anne-Cé. We have taken several shots and I must say it was quite difficult to choose which one I'd upload... but I guess this is it. I think his eye reflects a genuine pride. Thx to them!

Great use of the subject, one of only two I have found so far which truely have pride in their image instead of just in the caption. This goes to another level where it has love, ownership and concern all in their as well as pride.

Lobely photo. Simple and sweet. The lighting is wonderful.

Nice composition however I don't like the color. Doesn't fit the mood of the shot.

So many people had trouble parental pride, here you perfectly capture it prenatally. The only fault is the unfortunate spot at the top ( though fortunate for her). Could have cropped a little tighter. 9+

This photo held my attention for a long time! There is just something inspiring about it. The lighting, on first apprearance, looks not quite perfect, however, the more I look, it seems to complement all the more. Well done! It's great!

Underexposed and on low contrast. But really hits the spot.
Fits in pride challenge (not so many submissions do)...

This photograph has an awesome concept. Good choice for "pride."

Unlike the others this picture shows three types of pride, pride of what has been created and cannot yet be seen, pride and love for the vessel and pride of own creation. Lighting eminates levels of pride maybe, very clever!

Very thought provoking.
Catches the bond between a father and his to unborn child.

reminds me so much of when my wife was pregnant. maybe I'm biased because of that, but I love this. bump to 8 (okay I am biased, your face looks fuzzy, but I think that work anyways)

Absolutely fantastic. There is surely no other meaning of pride so profound as this. Well done!

I like the lighting but it just seems too orange on my monitor.

I like the idea of this photo but I would of liked it slightly brighter. The colouring is interesting (whether intentional or accidental) and works ok. Well done.

The idea is perfect! But the technical side and the image composition could have been better.

I think this would have been a way better shot without the colorization. Also the focus is off
