Cute photo. Looks like it was indeed a hefty pumpkin for him to carry. I like the off centered composition. The lighting is a bit bright (as he's squinting), but a nice shot.

too much brightness in the little boys face. i like the scattered pumpkins. celebration of the harvest and finding the biggest pumpkin.

Great shot! Would have preferred a real wink (or is that a wink)? Just looks like a squint rather than a wink : )

great picture composition and background. the model's expression is awesome, and that certainly is a whopper of a pumpkin! the lighting (particularly in the face) feels a bit overexposed, which washes him out and weakens the photo. i would love to see this photo edited to tone the brightness down just a bit...it's such a great shot!

A good shot but it could be moved up into the superb category if you had framed the subject better.A tighter focus on just the boy holding this heavy pumpkin such that he fills most of the frame would have greatly improved this shot. Also we see that wonderful child's smile but we don't get to see the sparkle in his eyes because he is squinting. Making sure that your subject is not staring or looking at the direction of the sun would have cut down on the squint factor

Yep. That's the biggest one alright. I wonder how this image would turn out if it were a desat with just the orange pumpkin in full color.
