First of all thanks for the comment.As I can see most of the photographers/users on this site are from the US.So far so good.A lot of photos in this challenge were about flags(the US flag) which it doesn't inspires me pride, maybe because i'm european.The other category were children which is also some kind of photographers personal pride.It didn't reflect a general view of the challenge(in my opinion).The photos are very well done but i don't see more pride in a flag than in my girlfriend eye.But what's done is done.
Now about my "EYE" ...i tried to expres in my shot the pride of a woman, because we all know that women,unlike man, are in a continnuous competition one with another.And there is a competition about everything:clothes,shues,parfumes,boyfriends/husbands etc.etc. |

| eye seeeee you...... nice details but that white spot in the eye is very distacting and overall not a very visually appealing photo. |

the blue ribbon is MINE I tell you!! muahahahahaha!
hehe, sorry. nice picture. wish this were in the member challenge so you could have selectively sharpened the eye more. could have used a little more DOF to catch the eyelash detail. and not to be picky, but there's either makeup dust in the upper right, or those are blackheads. I like the mole :o). 6 overall |
