Lovely coloration.

such a nice clear reflection, but such a small picture! like the color treatment.

Good iimage.

Nice. Learn to submit it bigger.
10/24/2005 05:41:35 PM
img size IS IMPORTANT. Keep that in mind.

I'm sure you have heard this a million time already but, I wish it was bigger. The clouds look really cool.
10/23/2005 10:47:26 PM
nice!

This is a great photo. I love the dynamic sky in the reflection. I also like you horizon placement. You will probably take a hit and get some comments from the small size so I recommend you look in the tutorials at "Using Photoshop to Prepare Photos for DPC Challenges" by EddyG regarding resizing. If you do resize it, post it in your portfolio so I can take a close look.

too small - use the 640 pixels
10/22/2005 04:52:44 PM
very good composition, but why not make it bigger..

Nice. There are just so many water shots that in order to "Creatively photograph a reflecting surface that is not a mirror" and stand above the rest there has to be some grabber. I will be back to re-evaluate after I look through the rest of the shots. (In future challenges I think you would be better served to submit larger images also.)

Small clear sharp image, balanced, just small, the viewer can't get 'into' the image.

way too small
10/20/2005 04:27:02 PM
This image is too small. I am sure this is a nice image.

I love this photo. The colors, and the leading lines of the river banks are beautiful. However, points are nocked off for the small size. There is a tutorial on how to make your picture larger and under 150k. good luck in the future!

I can see that a split ND filter would help the sky. I have to get one. If the sky were colored like the water sky I would go for 9.

I found this too small - probably woul do better larger.
10/19/2005 10:38:54 PM
for a higher score always use the max pixels allowed...640
10/19/2005 09:24:33 PM
Very small pic...hard to see the details
10/19/2005 08:48:49 PM
to small, and no color
10/19/2005 07:18:03 PM
Too small to make the impression you would want to. Colors too dull.
10/19/2005 03:34:08 PM
why so small, why?
10/19/2005 01:16:02 PM
It is very difficult to critique this shot beacause it is much too small, but it looks good.

I LOVE the colors and how subtle this photo is!

The photo may be a bit small, but the details are large enough to show the beauty written in the sky. The colour contrast is also very well done.
