This was my first submission to DPChallenge ...
And you have to know, that i made the picture with a mobile phone cam :)

this picture lacks visual punch for me. perhaps a closer crop to remove the window and just focus on the reflection floating before the blinds? |

Theres quite a few things that detract from this, IMO. The venetian blinds and the reflected coffee cup (?) in the lower left. for starters. The double pane of the glass makes your image quite a bit muddled. It looks like you were trying to capture sunset, which is a great idea, but I think you missed the good light by a minute or so (the sun is mostly behind the trees now). |

My favorite part is the actual refelection - I wish there was more of it. I also wonder how this would be if you rotated counter-clockwise so that it wasn't tipping downward to the right? |

Yes, it meets a challenge, but it is far from being interesting technically or composition wise. And it does not deliver any message... |
