Visible tilt, the shot needs to be rotated slightly counter-clockwise. Otherwise it could be an interesting scene, but it needs a little more depth of field so that more of the train is sharp.

It's too bad the train is in the shadows and the station is in full sun. It's hard to make out the train. Not much feelilng of a wide-angle.

You have a nice subject here, but maybe a little more time getting a different angle would make me like it better. There is just too much going on here. Also, the lamp post is leaning in, probably due to the wide angle, and it, as well as many of the shadows, have no detail at all.
