Nice, I love backpacking and I love photography, two of my favorite things together. Great blue tones. Wish that piece of hair wasn't next to her eye. Flipping the shot would have made it a stronger magazine contender for room for text in the traditional sense, still a beautiful shot. Where's the backpack? :) |

I love the background of this shot, although I kinda wish the climber was more than just a silhoutte. It makes me lose the scope of the image. Well, it's like the foreground is telling me one thing and the background is telling me another, and I like the background more :) |

I am not sure whether I like this or not, however the blue fade in background is stunning and I appreciate the merit of the picture. |

Absolutely superb. I'll add this picture to my list of things to be influenced by. Great composition and use of backlighting. Love the horizon. Great colour. I like the subject's pose. 10 |

I like the silhouette and the colors. Also how the sun kind of shines though the crook of the person's arm. I think I could see this picture on the cover of your magazine. Good job! |

Beautiful colors for this sillouhete. Would like to see more separation of the bottom of ther person from the rock. She melds into it too much to distinguish. Same thing with the head, maybe have her turn to a side so we can get a better, more human-looking profile to the face. |

The blue-green lighting is gorgeous, as is the silhouette effect. The placement - letting the hill/mound dominate the lower part, the subject jutting up into the light - is really nice. |

There needs to be some definition where the hiker ends and the mountain begins, or vice versa. Good idea but I think the execution fell just a little short. |

Awesome picture. Does it say backpacker? Almost. Get some more backpack in the silhouette. Then it would be perfect. I really dig this pic though. |

A little too much silhouette in this i feel, but nothing a crop of some of the bottom of the picture would make a difference. But overall a nice shot. |

this is cool! I'm sure some have already commented about the person not having any detail... if they only knew :). Good pic, i would have cropped it with more blue at the top and less black at the bottom for a true magazine cover feel. 8. |

This is just beautiful. The torquoise sky and softness of the shadowed hills is wonderful. This is the first 10 I've given today. I'm not a photographer, but I know what I like! |

Beautiful shot. Cover material, definitely. I particularly love the little bright spot under the arm. This is a winner! 10 |
