I like the white and the black contrast in the image..Crop it from left and top.. and it may help coming closer to the subject.

| Personally, I don't like the idea of the priests back to the camera. Photo is dark and a little out of focus. |

| I understand the sentiment, but the angle seems unfortunate. To someone unfamilar with the gesture, it might appear that the minister/ priest is about to slap the infant. |

| very strong shadows detract from the picture a bit for me, but i like the posing of the people. |

congratulations first. but sorry, the shot is very dark except for the priest's backside. composition is not OK, also maybe you should try to catch some other moment where we can see the baby & the priest from front side or left or right. = 4

| Wow the shot is terrible. Blurry and clearly a flash shot. I'd expect to see a presession in a well lit church or the Pope, etc. for a mag cover. |

| I've actually been to Christianity Today's offices a couple times! We did a project on the Internet a few years ago and they were one of our partners. Oh, about the picture... I like the idea represented here, but it seems that the flash was a bit overwhelming for the shot. There are several shadows that really detract from it, I'm afraid... |
