Taken during the Bonairean Regatta, the local kids made mini-sail boats and raced them... Thought the sizejuxtaposition of the young man and his boat fit the "what" idea

Cropped, adjusted levels and saturation, applied neatimage, and a thin multicolored border, saved for the web

Out and about at the Bonairean Regatta - nicely done, enjoy the figure. This would not be effective without him. Placement of bouys excellent, near perfect subject placement to frame edge, maybe too perfect, a touch more foreground beach might have contributed. Time-o-day lighting captured well. With one look at it during voting I gave it a six.

some parts of subject are a little out of focus and man's face is too dark, but nice composition
