| Goregous scene. I love the sharpness. This shot should be dull with the grey sky, grey water, and general grey, but it's not! I think the plane, the grass, and the peeks of blue add just enough vibrance to this shot. Color saturation and contrast are great. Great job! |

A lot of interesting elements in there -- almost too many! It certainly coveres a wide range of subjects : )
Compositionally, your image is almost identical to mine, so I have to approve of that! I like the horizontal bands of varying texture, especially the two types of clouds. You might have made it "look wider" by cropping off some of the top without losing too much else. |

Wow, Taupo! I've spent a large chunk of my life there!
Nice image but missing some pop.
Composition is great, just the lighting isn't helping you.

| Fabulous scene. All the interest is in the lower half, so you could crop an inch off the top to make it seem more panoramic without losing any impact IMO. 8 |

| I think the lanscape here is well chosen. The wings of the plane definitely interfere with the message due to the camera position. 6 |

| Oh this is amazing. The two swans and the plane! Wow. You couldn't have staged a better shot. The sky is unbelievable. The yellow of the plain amidst all of that blue really makes a statement. This may be one of my favs of the competition - and there are some good ones. Way to go. |

| Very interesting skies with the layers of clouds. A pity the birds aren't more visible, would have added to the interest, still very nice picture. |
