A polarizing filter or something to get rid of the glare on the water would have helped bring out the reflection better.

I would personally like this photo more if it was taken at a different angle above the water. That way the reflection could be seen more. Good idea though!

I really want to see this fullsize to appreciate the birds :(
Nice composition following the rule of thirds, but the crop is ever so slightly too tight at the top imho. I wish the dof was greater so the foreground ripples werent OOF. The birds make a great line separating the top + bottom

Pretty image: double-take -- i'm guessin ghte rotation was tough on this one. it looks both crooked and straight!

The reflection could have been better if there was less motion in the water. Colours are very bright and vibrant, it really would have looked stunning if the water was placid.
