I would have preferred cutting out the actual foliage and showing only the reflection. The bottom 7/8 is a 10.

I would like to have seen a bit more of the shore-line.

It is very colorfull (good thing) but very confusing, no subject and unreconizable
background (bad thing). Too much reflection, and we don't know what it is for sure.
Zoom out more on this kind of shots or point your camera higher to show us what is
really there.

Nice. There are just so many water shots that in order to "Creatively photograph a reflecting surface that is not a mirror" and stand above the rest there has to be some grabber. I will be back to re-evaluate after I look through the rest of the shots.

Neat impressionist effect - I'd score it a bit higher if you flipped it over to make it truly "impressionist"
