Clever. Contrast looks off though. But good composition, and great idea.

Is this overdiffused, or not quite in sharp focus? Still, an interesting idea.

great idea! not sure how you staged the candle...if it's two candles (one in front and one behind) or if there's only one with a transparant blade...great effect.

Interesting fire element. I'm very curious as to how this was done. The reflection aspect, however, doesn't seem to be a strong as the what the fire is doing. It's also a bit too blurry. 5

What the... ?

How'd you do that? Nice shot!

Clever getting that flame outside of the cake knife but other than that a very mediocre effort in the image quality department, especially the contrast could use a serious boost. 5 from me.

A fun picture. I am confused as to how you have the flame leading off the reflected surface... I'm assuming it is a long shutter speed and movement effect. Well thought out.

Neat idea! Might be nice to have just a bit more contrast and sharpness (although I realize that some of what I'm seeing may be due to the manner in which you had to set up this shot)

I wish the blacks were blacker, but it looks like a nice bit of trickery. I'm guessing it uses the same technique I used on mine. (a digitial "double exposure") 7

Very clever and a 9 for thinking outside the reflection! I keep coming back to this. It is not a particularly artistic photograph, but it is just so darn intriguing and ingenious. My top creatively manufactured pick for this challenge

I realize how much effort went into this photo. Most people will look at it and say it's OOF bla bla bla. I'll give it a 6

This is a cool shot. Looks like I will see this on the ribbon board.
