 Re-enactment of a shot I did at a wedding a couple weeks ago. I liked it, so I got JoelHSmith and his wife Missy to be my "couple" over lunch today. I thank them for being such good sports.

Editing:
Ran my Lomo action to bump up saturation and contrast, converted to B&W and then added sepia/bronze tone, cropped, add some grain, pushed the contrast some more, resize.

*Note* Actually shot with D100 and Nikkor 50mm f1.4 lens, but don't want to add it to my profile, for just this photo.

You have an image that perfectly meets the challenge and that employs a classic compositional theme. The subjects' hands are sweetly posed. I very much like the background with its out of focus element of mystery.

There is little left for me to critique.

Wish you had placed higher, but your score is certainly an acceptable one and you certainly can be pleased with your image.

This is awesome. I think I would have liked a much closer crop, with just the hands in the photo -- but that may be just my personal style. But I still love the photo. It's very strong!
