I read your title...and I'm guessing that the person in the foreground is on the telephone, but it's difficult to discern. Personally, I'm not a fan of blurred motion shots and therefore I have given you a lower score compared with other entries in this challenge. It's artsy, I suppose...but just not my cup of tea so to speak. Sorry. |

It would be great if the person on the phone was not blured. There is nothing to focus in on. |

Interesting picture, but I think that the lines created by the lights in movement are the main feature, grain is purely accidental. |

Cool shot. Great exageration of camera shake. One thing though, the bottom left corner feels a little empty. |
