| Ominous title with the low key lighting! This appears to be a game controller of some kind? The lighting gives it definition and mood, but then it's a game controller, so the two don't quite match for me. Composition is interesting and suggests that this object is part of a larger environment. |

| I like the way the light just catches the buttons - just enough for us to see what they are. That is my idea of black on black. Your composition is a bit difuse - my eye keeps popping over to the thumb-stick on the left expecting to see more. I guess I'd like to incluse more of the controller, and have a greater DOF. |

| hey, i have this controller. heh. i think this shot is a good attempt, but maybe a closer-up abstract of just the black buttons and the reflections and contours they have to offer would have worked better. the large areas of gray in the middle of the controller are rather uninteresting as is. 5. |

| Excelent image. It almost looks like an old Bakelite phone or something at first. A very good macro and good interpretation of the theme. [8] |

| It looks like this fits the challenge to the T, but not very interesting to look at. I find myself wonder what it is. To dark to enjoy it. Good luck. |
