Would have liked more brightness on the image, which would have given it more grain. The most noticeable part of the image is the roof, which is very broken up with digital shadow. In advanced editing you can selectively choose to sharpen or blur areas. More editing would have helped this image.

I would work on the contrast - it is a bit hard to make out that it is a bridge I am looking at.
