You chose a beautiful model. and I really like the lighting on her hair. Very nice portrait.
The dark shadow upper left behind her head would have been nicer as white without the smudgy feel it now has. Otherwise I think this is excellent work and deserves a very high finish |

Would have liked the flower in focus as well (ie- more dof). Other than that nice photo, well done. |

This is a cute photo, but the girl's expression looks awkward and the rose looks slightly out of focus. |

I like the idea of this. I think it lacks tack sharp focus, which hurts it. If the rose were a really pale pink, I think the challenge would have been served better. The composition is decent. Maybe have her holding the rose, down in front of her, so that there is more negative space to the right. The lighting is right. |
