If you have Photoshop or Gimp (freeware), you can use the blur function. I don't know if it is easy to use this function, but I think it worth a try!

I would love to see how that would look. How would I do that?

This is not an expert opinion, but I think you should blur much more the background, so that the attention goes directly to your beautiful model. There are too many distracting things around her!

By the way the picture is really nice!
