I really like this, I especially like how you've not overexposed the sky. I was taking similar shots ont he weekend and the sky is blown on all of them. Like others have said, the dark area is about the only thing that ever-so-slightly detracts from the image. Good job! |

What a beautiful shot! Terrific composition and colors. The only thing I think could be improved upon is the dark area in the upper right. Perhaps some level adjustment in Photoshop would help? Otherwise, perhaps a longer exposure time would have worked (but not too much longer - love how clear the reflection is in the river). |

Very nice landscape shot composed well. I love the colors. Can't wait till our tree down here start turning. They are just now starting to turn. |

Yes yes yes, this looks sooooo much better! I love it, it has lost the yellowness in the sky and clouds while still having that lovely warm feel. Great shot.

Love the composition but it almost looks over-processed/over-sharpened by looking at the unnatural looking gradient in the sky and the haloing on the hills. Would love to see a straight from camera version because I believe this image has great potential. |

Very nice location! I like the small bits of rock in the front - adds a great element for the perspective of the shot. The clouds hugging the mountains are really nice too. Timing could not have been better. The contrast between the dark right and bright left works well balanced under the sky and above the reflection. Well done! |

Horizon of the mountain looks a tad oversharpened (im sure you love hearing that)
I like the fade of blue in the sky, as well as the reflections on the water. |

I am not sure I like the intensity of the overall yellowness of this shot. Beautiful scenery. |

great scene, and nice colors! A little lower vantage point may have captured more reflections. The dark area to the right could be lightened a bit, IMO. Maybe even pan a bit more to the left and get the bank there, which would move most of the dark area out of the frame. The worst thing is the halo along the tree line, which is an easy post processing fix. You have some really beautiful area to play in. Thanks for sharing it! |

WOW....lovely color, reflection on the water is great and I like the gradient color of the sky (hope I said that right). A bit too dark to the right of the photo otherwise nice job. |

Now this is quite stunning! except for the halo of course. The colors are beautiful and warm and makes you just want to be there at this moment. Great eye Jimmy! |

A slight halo over top of mountains but otherwise this is a beautiful shot! The colours are fantastic and balanced well. Excellent! |

Wow...if you can go back and fix the halo or whatever that is around the lower part of the ridge, this will be really great. I'll bet this is even more impressive in a larger size and resolution. The time of day and colors are captivating. Beautiful scene, Jimmy. |

The best of the three. Great colours, nice angle for the reflection and just enough foreground to give a sense of depth. As already mentioned, there is a problem just below the clouds. |

Beautiful colors and reflections. I like the feel. The sharpening works very well for most of the image, except along the edge of sky and mountain where it left a white edge. Good shot. I agree with alfresco about the dark area on the right. The shape adds, but the lack of visual info doesn't. It's still a strong image. |

Looks like a processing artifact on the skyline of the distance trees, like the mask wasn't quite covering everything.
Other than that - colors cool! I think the saturation level works well for this, a real feel for the colors.
I'm +/- on the dark area on the right. Probably too much to bring out detail w/o getting noise, looks like the sun was bright so probably not too much could have been done with that PP.
Overall I like the composition and crop. Very nice. |
