At first I thought that was a Pentax and I was gonna give you a 10 but it looks like a Canon. Sorry dude.

this has lots of "snapshot" qualities. Why the telephone lines? Why the glare? What is the picture trying to say?

There's just nothing in this picture to hold my interest. Yes it fits the challenge (assuming that you took it through a closed car window) but the angle, lighting, etc, just do nothing to draw your audience in.

this strikes me more as reflective than transparant...

that aside, a polarizing filter may have helped remove the glare in the window reflection for a clearer shot of the photographer.

I'm not sure that I really like the reflections of the power lines in the car window. They make it seem to me that there is nothing here in real sharp focus.
