In response to the two commentors below. The title wasn't an attempt at gaining a robbon, the subject was the ribbon in lights, but I suppose it is my fault for not capturing it more clearly. It was a tough shot to make. Thanks for your input, both of you.

nice use of slow shutter like the capture very much, IMO the building on the right is a bit TOO lighted, may have improved the photo a little to crop that out, otherwise great capture
