mtpp may have been onto something. Although it's your lowest score, I think it has the most promise (well, your light on white was probably the best after all). The blurring of the knife is neat. I get the impression this was more of a "snapshot" of something really happening rather than a setup. Personally I love to create a picture that looks like something really happening but is, in reality, quite set up. Adding a wooden board below would have been neat if one were available. Trying different speeds with the knife would be nice too. Even a bit more blur would have been nice, but not too much ;0). Always check your background. I would have either cropped lower, or tried to remove as many extraneous elements as possible. I tend to like clean pictures though.

Good composition and idea. The atmosphere doesn't appeal to me. I would like to see somethin more classical... Wood instead of plastic, stone instead of aluminium..

needs to emphasize more motion. this just looks out of focus. slower shutter or bigger aperature would make this one much better.
