If I were to see that fall with my own eyes, I'd collapse in awe, but the rock (background) doesn't contrast very well with the slow shutter speed capturing the water fall. There's a missing feeling to this picture.

Did you take this on a cloudy day? There are no shadows. The color is quite mute as well. Maybe you could have shown a bit more of the surrounding to make this beautiful waterfall more interesting.
